以山东省平度市为研究对象，探讨了基于“三效融合”（社会效益、经济效益、生态效益）的农村污水资源化模式的应用与实践。通过对平度市蓼兰镇杨家顶子村、云山镇铁岭庄村等典型案例的深入分析，研究了采用“AO+人工湿地”“大棚人工湿地”等工艺技术的农村污水处理与资源化利用模式。研究显示，平度市通过创新生态治理工艺，将污水处理与农业灌溉、苗木培育、生态教育相结合，实现了污水资源化利用的多重效益。结果表明，“三效融合”模式不仅有效解决了农村污水污染问题，还降低了治理成本，提高了农民收入，改善了农村人居环境，为北方地区农村污水资源化提供了可复制、可推广的经验。针对当前存在的技术适应性、资金投入、运维管理等问题提出了对策建议，以推动农村污水资源化工作的可持续发展。

This study takes Pingdu,a city in Shandong Province as a case study to explore the application and practice of rural sewage resource utilization mode based on the "Three-Benefit Integration"(namely harmonizes social benefit,economic benefit and ecological benefit). Through in-depth analysis of typical cases,such as Yangjiadingzi Village in Liaolan Town and Tielingzhuang Village in Yunshan Town,this paper examines rural sewage treatment and resource utilization models employing technologies like the "AO + Constructed Wetlands" and "Greenhouse Constructed Wetlands". The study demonstrates that by innovating ecological treatment processes,Pingdu has integrated sewage treatment with agricultural irrigation,seedling cultivation,and ecological education,thereby achieving multiple benefits from sewage resource utilization. The results indicate that the “Three-Benefit Integration” mode not only effectively addresses rural sewage pollution but also reduces treatment costs,increases farmers' income,and improves the rural living environment. It provides a replicable and scalable experience for rural sewage resource utilization in northern China. Finally,the paper proposes countermeasures addressing existing challenges such as technical adaptability, funding investment, and operation and maintenance management, to promote the sustainable development of rural sewage resource utilization.
